Manufacturer Warranty
A manufacturer warranty is also called a factory warranty. It usually covers parts and systems that break down due to flaws or defects in factory-installed parts. Typically, a warranty is offered on any new device and covers any defect or breakdown that occurs from the manufacturer’s design. If your device is found to have been struck by lightning or power surge, the warranty will be void.
In the event of device failure we will collect the device under warranty and return it to the manufacturer for their assessment. This may take up to 7 Working days and during which time it is the customers responsibility to provide an alternative device to continue connecting to the network.
If the customer is on the ECF Service Level Agreement (SLA), a replacement router will be configured and provided by ECF allowing the customer to have as little down time as possible. This is irrespective of whether the device is in Warranty or not
