We are a 21st Century company who will be able to assist remotely in more than 80% of the problems. However, in order to assist you more effeciently we have 2 National Numbers, Voip numbers, which are billed the same regardless of your location. We also have strategically situated support associates in most of the larger towns in South Africa. Consequently, we can offer support to towns where we do not actually have an onsite engineer.
